Plant Repotting Services

Nightshade Botanicals offers houseplant repotting services in downtown Everett, WA. We'll discuss an estimate with you prior to performing any repotting services, but here’s a general guide to our pricing:

Repotting Service Fee

The repotting service fee is $30 for 30 minutes, or $60 for an hour. This cost is for the repotting service itself. 

Soil cost which includes a nursery pot if needed

• 3”- 4” pots: $8+
• 5"- 8" pots: $16+
• Large pots over 8" $30+
• Large pots over 12"  $50+
• Rare plant repotting with Premium Soil Mixes: $20+ Depending on size of plant
• Moss Pole Installation $10+ per plant, not including the moss pole which starts at $15 per pole depending on moss pole size. 
• Repotting service fee is $30 for 30 minutes, $60 for an hour.

Please text or email us at nightshadebotanicalsshop@gmail.com to set up a plant repotting  appointment. A deposit of $15 is required, to reserve your appointment. The $15 will go towards the repotting fee. *Please include in your email how many plants you need repotted, their current pot size, If plants are in a pot larger than 6" or taller/longer than 2 feet please submit a photo of the plants. If possible please include the plant types. *This is required to set up your appointment.* We will not be able to respond to your email, if all of the information required is not submitted. Thank you for understanding. :)

Houseplant Consultations & Plant Diagnosis

Is there something wrong with your plant but not sure what it is?

Please text or email us at nightshadebotanicalsshop@gmail.com to set up an appointment and let us know how many plants you'd like serviced. We will assess each one of your plants and guide you through the next steps.

We will discuss pricing with you prior to performing any services. The plant consultation fee is $30 for a 15 minute session, $60 for a 30 minute session, $90 for a 60 minute session. A deposit of $15 is required, to reserve your appointment. The $15 will go towards the total cost of your appointment 

We ask that you kindly please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours.Deposits are non-refundable.

Digital Houseplant Consultations & Plant Diagnosis

Please let us know your preferred method of communication. We will connect with you on Zoom, Facetime, Google Meet, or by text. 

The plant consultation fee is $30 for a 15 minute session, $60 for a 30 minute session, $90 for a 60 minute session. If you decide you'd like to schedule a plant service after our digital consultation, We will discuss pricing with you prior to scheduling.

Plant House Calls

Want us to come to you?

We are available for in-home or in-office plant care and support. Please text or email us at nightshadebotanicalsshop@gmail.com to set up an appointment. We'll do an initial walkthrough, discuss your current plants and figure out next steps – whether it’s a plant care program, follow-up appointment for repotting, or scheduling a delivery or maintenance.

The house call service fee is $125. From there the service fees range from $75-$175 an hour, depending on how large the job is and how many people are necessary to complete the job. 

A deposit of $50 is required, to reserve your appointment. The $50 will go towards the house call service fee of $125. We ask that you kindly please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours. If you cancel/ reschedule within the 48 hour window you will forfeit your $50 deposit. ALL Deposits are non-refundable.

Plant Installation

Please text or email us at nightshadebotanicalsshop@gmail.com to set up a plant installation consult appointment! We would love to help make your plant design dreams come true. The plant installation consultation fee is $60 which covers the initial 30 minute appointment, $90 covers a 60 minute appointment

Plant Delivery 

Need a plant delivered? Please choose delivery at check out, the delivery fee starts at $15 depending on your location. Have a special delivery request? We can add a themed card of your choice and add a personal message.
