Return & Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MAY EXPERIENCE SHIPPING DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE WILL SHIP PLANTS WITH A HEAT PACK IF PURCHASED AND WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ENSURE ITEMS ARE WELL PACKED FOR SAFE ARRIVAL. 

All sales are final. Due to the limited availability in inventory, we do not accept returns or cancelations after an order is placed. However, please contact us within 24 hours if you run into problems with your order. We will handle it on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your business and want to keep our plants and customers happy. :)

Nightshade Botanicals is a one woman show. I put a ton of love and care into the orders that I pack. I try my very best to ship orders within 3-5 business days whenever possible. Please expect up to 14 days for orders to be processed, not including shipping time. I currently ship plants on Monday and Tuesday's only at this time.

We will likely delay shipping to temperatures below 35 degrees. Especially without a purchased shipping upgrade. I always recommend 2 day air, or 3 day priority shipping. Thank you for understanding that this is for the health and safety of your plants. 

Due to the delicate nature of the plants, shipping comes at the customers’ risk. We cannot be held responsible for the treatment of the package during transit or condition upon arrival. The customer will need to contact the shipping agency directly with concerns and submit a claim.
